1. Agreement to Terms

By entering, browsing, or utilizing GoPickToday.com, its mobile applications, or associated features (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you consent to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these conditions, you must immediately cease using the Services.

2. About the Platform

GoPickToday.com is managed and operated by GPT Inc., a corporation based in the United States. Our platform features curated shopping deals, lifestyle articles, and community-driven content tailored primarily for Korean-speaking residents within the U.S.

3. User Eligibility

To use these Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess valid parental or guardian consent. By interacting with GoPickToday, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

4. Right to Use the Platform

We grant you a restricted, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and view the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to alter, pause, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our discretion and without prior warning.

5. Account Security

If you register an account, you are solely responsible for protecting your login credentials and for any activities performed under your username. We maintain the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account if we suspect a violation of these Terms or applicable regulations.

6. User-Submitted Material

Users may post text, images, hyperlinks, or other media (“User Content”). When you upload or share User Content, you:

  1. Affirm that you possess the necessary ownership or legal rights to distribute it.
  2. Grant GoPickToday a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and irrevocable right to host, display, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content across any media format.
  3. Waive any moral rights associated with the material.

You assume full liability for whatever you publish. GoPickToday does not endorse, is not responsible for, and has no strict obligation to monitor User Content, though we reserve the right to remove it at any time.

7. Affiliate Marketing Disclosure

GoPickToday participates in various affiliate advertising programs (including Amazon Associates, CJ Affiliate, and others). This means we may earn a small referral commission when you click through our links and complete a purchase, at zero extra cost to you. While we aim to highlight offers and products that provide genuine value, we cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, or performance.

8. Editorial & Sponsored Material

We explicitly label advertisements and sponsored posts. The viewpoints expressed in our editorial pieces belong solely to the respective authors and do not imply an endorsement by the company. GoPickToday bears no responsibility for the fulfillment, quality, or claims of third-party merchant offers.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All original material found on the Services—including artwork, text, branding, logos, graphics, and code—belongs to GoPickToday or its licensors and is protected under international trademark and copyright laws. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any site content without our express, written authorization.

10. Copyright Protection Policy (DMCA)

We respect copyright ownership and adhere to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) guidelines under 17 U.S.C. §512. Violations may result in immediate account termination, content removal, or legal action.

12. No Professional Recommendations

The material published via GoPickToday is intended solely for general informational purposes. It should not be treated as professional advice regarding legal, financial, tax, medical, or health matters. Any reliance on this information is strictly at your own risk.

13. External Hyperlinks

Our platform contains links to external websites and vendors. GoPickToday does not control, vet, or endorse the content, safety, privacy rules, or business practices of these external third parties.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided to you on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. 15. Limitation of Liability

18. Account Revocation

We maintain the authority to suspend or revoke your right to access the platform at any moment, for any reason, and without prior warning. Sections 8 through 23 of these Terms will continue to apply even after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised document directly to this webpage. Your continued engagement with GoPickToday following these updates implies your agreement to the new terms.

20. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any conflict, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be settled exclusively through binding, confidential arbitration administered by a mutually chosen arbitration provider. Each party will cover its own legal fees and expenses unless the arbitrator dictates otherwise. By accepting these terms, you agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials. If arbitration is legally unfeasible, any remaining disputes will be resolved within a competent jurisdiction chosen at the sole discretion of GoPickToday.

21. Severability Clause

If any single provision within these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of law, that specific provision will be limited or removed, and the remaining terms will continue to stay fully active and enforceable.

22. Full Agreement

These Terms of Service, alongside our Privacy Policy and other official legal announcements published on the site, represent the entire agreement between you and GoPickToday, overriding any prior discussions or agreements.
